Clover Hill Studio Apartment is a fully self-contained studio accommodation unit located on a quiet 5-acre lifestyle block in Milton, New Zealand. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The studio is detached from the main house and has its own private entrance. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette, bathroom, laundry facilities, and a TV with streaming services.

From the studio, you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside. You can also feed the pet sheep, pat Bryn the retired working dog, or meet Chocky the friendly cat.

Clover Hill Studio is conveniently located only 1km from State Highway One and the main street of Milton, just 15 minutes from Dunedin International Airport and 40 minutes from Dunedin City. It is the perfect place to stay after a day on the Clutha Gold Trail or exploring the area, we are close to numerous beaches and is the gateway to Central Otago, The Catlins, and The Southern Scenic Route.
